Rice cakes topped with creamy cottage cheese and fresh herbs offer a light, satisfying snack that combines a satisfying crunch with a rich, flavorful twist.

Ingredients:

  • 150gr Osogovski cottage cheese
  • 3 rice cakes
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cucumber/green pepper/avocado (vegetarian option)
  • add of your choice: tuna or salmon (not vegetarian option)

Instructions:

STEP I
Spread a generous layer of cottage cheese over each rice cake, smoothing it out evenly.

STEP II
Slice cucumber, avocado or green pepper.

STEP III
Top the cottage cheese with cucumber slices, avocado pieces, tuna or salmon, and garnish with fresh herbs or asprinkle of salt and pepper.
