Our cow’s cottage cheese with peppers is made from 100% natural pasteurized cow’s milk, delivering a creamy texture with a minimum of 25% fat content. The production process begins by cooling the milk, adding beneficial bacteria and rennet to create curds. They are cut into smaller pieces and gently heated to encourage whey separation. After draining the whey, the curds are rinsed with cold water and mixed with fresh peppers and salt to enhance the flavor. Ingredients: whey obtained from pasteurized cow’s milk, pepper and salt. Allergen: milk and lactose. For optimal freshness, it should be stored at a temperature between 2 to 8 ºC.
