Enjoy the perfect blend of flavors with our bruschetta topped with garlic and rich Osogovski sour cream, combining crispy toast with creamy and zesty goodness.

Ingredients:

  • 1 baguette
  • 2-3 whole heads of garlic
  • 100 gr. of Osogovski sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons of oregano
  • chopped parsley if desired
  • salt, black pepper and olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of sesame seeds
  • 50 gr. of grated ham
  • 150 gr. of softened Osogovski butter
  • parsley, oregano

Instructions:

STEP I
Cut the top of the garlic, just a little bit so that the cloves can be seen. Put it in foil and cover with a little olive oil and salt. Bake them wrapped in foil for 30 minutes in a heated oven.

STEP II
Cut the baguette into three parts, then cut all three in half horizontally.

STEP III
Spread them with a little margarine from the crust and arrange them on parchment paper in a tray, with the soft side up. Mix the softened Osogovo butter with the softened garlic, mash or chop. Add Osogovo sour cream, spices, sesame and ham. Mix well and coat the baguette parts with that mixture.

STEP IV
Bake them in a heated oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.


A quick snack that is delicious. Prepare it for guests, for a quick breakfast or dinner, serve it with any sauce and at least one Osogovski product
