Indulge in the ultimate comfort with our irresistibly creamy four-cheese pasta, a perfect harmony of rich flavors and velvety textures.
Ingredients:
- 250 gr. ravioli
- 200 ml. cooking cream
- 50 gr. Osogovski mixed yellow cheese
- 50 gr. Osogovski Exclusive yellow cheese
- 50 gr. Osogovski melted cheese
- 50 gr. Yogo Gouda or Goat Cheese
- olive oil
- salt
- black pepper
Instructions:
STEP I
Heat water in a pot and add a little salt to it. After it starts to boil, put the ravioli in the water to cook.
STEP II
Put the cooking cream in a pan and start heating it on low heat. When it starts to thicken, add a ladleful of the water in which the ravioli were cooked. Mix and add all Osogovski cheeses.
STEP III
Stir to melt and finally add the cooked ravioli. If necessary, add salt and sprinkle ground black pepper. Decorate with a little olive oil and grated Osogovski Exclusive yellow cheese.
