Our full-fat semi-hard aged yellow cheese is made from 100% natural pasteurized cow’s milk, providing a rich and creamy flavor. With a minimum of 45% fat in dry matter, this yellow cheese is ideal for a variety of culinary applications. The ingredients include pasteurized cow’s milk, calcium chloride, culture, rennet, salt, and stabilizers E339 and E452. Allergen: contains milk and lactose. For optimal freshness, store the yellow cheese at a temperature of 2 to 8 ºC.
