Our mixed cheese is a full-fat semi-hard cheese made from a blend of 80% natural pasteurized cow’s milk and 20% natural pasteurized sheep’s milk, resulting in a rich and flavorful profile with a minimum of 45% fat in dry matter. Ingredients pasteurized cow’s milk, pasteurized sheep’s milk, calcium chloride, culture, rennet, and salt. Allergen: milk and lactose. For optimal freshness, store the cheese at a temperature between 2 to 8 ºC.
