Parmesan cheese crusted potatoes are irresistibly crispy on the outside, tender and fluffy on the inside, with a rich, savory cheese flavor that adds a deliciously indulgent twist to any meal.

Ingredients:

  • 6/7 Potatoes
  • 1 Garlic clove  
  • Fresh parsley leaves
  • 150gr. Osogovski Exclusive yellow cheese
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

STEP I
Make the Marinade! In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt, red pepper flakes, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese until it forms a thick paste.

STEP II
Slice the potatoes in half and score them with diagonal slits in both directions.

STEP III
Toss the potatoes in the marinade until well-coated, then dip the cut side into the remaining Exclusive cheese on a plate.

STEP IV
Bake it! Place the potatoes cut side down on an oiled baking sheet, brush with any leftover marinade, and bake at 200°C for 40-50 minutes, until tender and golden.
