With a minimum of 45% fat in dry matter, this yellow cheese is perfect for various culinary uses. Ingredients: pasteurized cow’s milk, pasteurized sheep’s milk, calcium chloride, culture, rennet, and salt. Allergen: milk and lactose. For optimal freshness, store the cheese at a temperature of 2 to 8 ºC.
