Our white cow’s cheese is a full-fat semi-hard cheese with a rich and creamy taste, ideal for everyday use in salads, sandwiches or as part of the traditional Macedonian table. Contains a minimum of 45% fat in dry matter. Ingredients: pasteurized cow’s milk, calcium chloride, culture, rennet and salt. Allergen: milk and lactose. To preserve freshness and quality, the cheese should be stored at a temperature of 2 to 8 ºC, allowing it to remain tasty and fresh for a longer period.
