Our full-fat sheep cheese is a semi-hard cheese made from 100% natural pasteurized sheep’s milk, delivering a rich and distinctive flavor with a minimum of 48% fat in dry matter. The ingredients include pasteurized sheep’s milk, calcium chloride, culture, rennet, and salt. Allergen: milk and lactose. For optimal freshness, store the cheese at a temperature between 2 to 8 ºC.
