We don’t just make dairy, we create moments of pure delight
The dairy can process over 50,000 liters of milk per day.
In the portfolio we have over 15 types of yellow cheeses and cheeses, and in addition we have a good number of products such as butter, cottage cheese, sour cream, sour-milk products, so the assortment is more than 25 products.
It is made according to a traditional recipe, but using European standards and technologies. The maturing itself also plays a part in the quality – the “exclusive” yellow cheese ripens for 9 months. We currently only export regionally. Several times we also exported to third countries. In the US, a market that has a specific taste, we have delivered several times. Our next investments would be in several segments – one is investments in new production lines of special types of dairy products that would have added value. We have installed solar panels from renewable sources on the premises that cover 25 percent of our needs, in the near future we will install additional panels that will produce about 350 kilowatts of energy per hour. At the height of this energy crisis, we are seriously investing in renewable energy sources. We plan to increase those investments in the future, because electricity currently has the greatest impact on the final price of the product. Nevertheless, the intention remains to elevate the brand’s presence to an international scale
