Our “Еxclusive” is full-fat semi-hard aged cheese, made from 100% natural pasteurized sheep’s milk, providing a rich and robust taste. The uniqueness of this cheese is the ripening for a period of 9 to 12 months, where it acquires juiciness and the taste of Parmesan. With a minimum of 55% fat in dry matter, this cheese is perfect for pasta, milk boards and paired with wine. Ingredients: pasteurized sheep’s milk, calcium chloride, culture, cheese and salt. Allergen: contains milk and lactose. For optimal freshness, store the cheese at a temperature of 2 to 8 ºC.
