  • 1 tablespoon of vegetables
  • parsley, oregano

Instructions:

STEP I
To prepare the main appetizer of delicious lasagna, it is necessary to first finely chop 1 onion in a heated pan with oil. After it is fried, add the minced meat. Then add 500 ml. tomato sauce and 1 tablespoon of spices, a little salt and a little oregano. At the end, finely chopped mushrooms are added and fried.

STEP II
Then the béchamel sauce is prepared.
Necessary ingredients for bechamel sauce are, 2 tablespoons of Osogovo butter are melted in a deep pan. Add 2 tablespoons of flour and 1/2 ml. milk and mix until the mixture thickens. At the end, a little salt is added.
