The kind of recipe perfect for busy weeknights when you don’t have time to cook. This baked salmon with an incredible lemon butter cream sauce comes together so easily, you’ll be shocked it was made at home!
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 60gr. Osogovski butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 50ml white wine
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Lemon slices, for garnish
Instructions:
STEP I
Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then cook the salmon for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
STEP II
Prepare lemon butter sauce! In the same skillet, melt Osogovski butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
STEP III
Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, and chicken broth (or white wine). Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce slightly reduces.
STEP IV
Return the salmon to the skillet, spooning the sauce over it. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices, and serve immediately.
