Our full-fat semi-hard aged cheese is made from 100% natural pasteurized cow’s milk, with a minimum of 45% fat in dry matter. The production process involves curdling the milk, draining the whey, and aging the yellow cheese to develop its characteristic flavor and texture. Ingredients: pasteurized cow’s milk, calcium chloride, culture, rennet, and salt. Allergen: contains milk and lactose. Store at a temperature of 2 to 8 ºC.
